Trouble Ticketing System
Online system for creating and monitoring service requests for current clients. Request username and password from your IMS contact, or apply online within. Then, use the system to enter help requests or problems. An IMS tech will receive e-mail immediately and work to classify and respond to the problem. You can see the current state of reported issues, the amount of time spent to resolve them, and what solution was finally implemented to correct them.
